Perfect replacement wick

My old wick was all black because I hadn't used it in a few years. This got cherry red within 5 minutes. Love it!

I hesitated on this purchase because of negative reviews, so glad I ignored them. The second time I tried to light it, it would not light as other reviewers had said but, the fuel was low. Once I refilled the fuel, let it set a few minutes, it lit without issue. Works literally for hours! I light it at lunch and when I get home from work the whole house is scented. Highly recommend!

Purchased this to save a trip to local La Tee Da (brand) retailer at boutique to replace my original one purchased with brand glass oil lamp but looks like I’ll have to go anyway. Let me caveat this review with the fact I’ve used La Tee Da oil burners for years so know how to correctly light it to get oil fragrance. I’ve tried this new wick 5 or 6 times; it FINALLY stays warm but no fragrance or just gets cold in about 10 minutes. Not worth the price since it’s an off brand from the oil burner, not less expensive than brand from boutique, and doesn’t work correctly.

I ordered this wick and did not read the seller's comments, my own fault. I have not seen other lamps, was given this as a gift, so I would not have known that mine was "mini" size, but want to be sure that all ordering this know that this is not for the lamp that is about 5" tall, only for larger lamps. I did not read the fine print and thought the wicks were the same for all. That being said, I received the wick I ordered in excellent shape. It appears to be a very good quality for the price. I may order a large lamp now! I sqeezed and shoved this wick into my small lamp, let it sit for 30 minutes and it lit right up without a problem, smells great in my house. It is excellent for what it is supposed to be, just want to warn others to read the fine print so you get the right wick for your lamp.

I had bought a La Tee Da Lamp from Jasmine's in Wilmington several years ago. I love the fact that the lamp is flame free and, if knocked over, will not cause a fire. The wicks go bad after time and I was looking high and low for one. I finally found it and can continue using my lamp. Great!
