How much product do you use? Is it just on roots/scalp or through full length

hi, I used about two 50p sized globs per week (once a week) and the pot lasted about 2 and a half months. I had shoulder length thick hair. You put it on your roots and where you need more hair to grow for me that was on my hairline and widows peak. I worked some of the product through my hair as well its great for taming hair. I also left the product in until I washed my hair again. Its a great product and it really works

Is this product suitable for thin and oily hair

I have really thin/fine oily hair, and I use it once a week. It’s really nice. Conditioner isn’t really something that’s our friend when it comes to oily hair. But this does hydrate and soften my hair beautifully. But if I’m honest, if you get the normal grow long shampoo and conditioner, it does the same job. 👌🏻 Only get the mask if you have over processed hair that needs a lot of help.
