Can these be worn in summer or are they too hot?

They are made of fleece, so they do keep the feet toasty. Though, they'd be perfect for cool summer nights.

Are the shoes reversible? i'm looking at the photo for the "cream grey" and it shows two different color shoes. what color shoe would i get if i order

No, their not the ones that have to are just 2 pair. The price changes once u click on them. There’s some just with one pair or some options with 2 pair and a different design

is it for the street?

No. I wouldn’t let a walking baby wear these as shoes for outside. They are more like a gripped sock for indoors or for babies that are not walking yet.
