nope. You'd most likely want that functionality from a separate battery monitor anyway, though. As far as I understand, most chargers will only know when to float your battery. They won't know what percentage your battery is at between dead and full, or the calculated time to full discharge based on usage, or a handful of other useful stats/info.

What is the maximum volts for the solar input?

Thanks for your message and apologies for the late reply.

The maximum open circuit voltage (VOC) that our chargers can accept is 32V.
You are needing to use '12V nominal' type solar panels with our BCDC units.

Question 3

On the lifepo4 set up,the redarc chart does not specify if that set up is for 1 or 2 lifepo4 batteries, does it mean is the same size wire regardless?

Hi there,
Thanks for your question.

Technically the BCDC can be used on either one, two or three batteries - we normally ensure that the amount of AH the unit is trying to charge isn't too large for it (eg around 200AH maximum). So yes the wire size chart is still applicable no matter how batteries you wire on the output side of the charger, just go by the length of the cable runs instead.

Is this unit water tight? can it be mounted unter the travel trailer?

its water proof but you need to mount it:
1-As close as possible to the battery being charged (auxiliary battery)
2-Away from any direct engine heat.
3-For Caravan or camper, near or in the battery compartment is generally the best position.
4-Mount the BCDC to a metal surface if possible to ensure heat dissipation.
So I guess the answer is no
