Outstanding Epsom salt - pure quality and incredible value!
This Epsoak Epsom salt is absolutely fantastic! The 19-pound bulk size provides incredible value for regular bath users - it lasts for months even with frequent soaking. The magnesium sulfate USP quality gives me complete confidence in the purity and therapeutic benefits. The crystal quality is excellent - fine, uniform granules that dissolve quickly and completely in bath water without any residue or grittiness. Being unscented means it's perfect for sensitive skin or for adding your own essential oils without conflicting fragrances. What impressed me most is the resealable bulk bag design. So much more convenient and eco-friendly than buying countless small containers. The bag seals tightly to keep the salt fresh and dry, and the size means I never run out during relaxing evening bath routines. The therapeutic benefits are incredible - sore muscles feel so much better after soaking, and my skin feels softer and more relaxed. Perfect for post-workout recovery or just unwinding after stressful days. The pure formula works exactly as expected. Perfect for anyone who enjoys regular Epsom salt baths or uses it for gardening and other applications. Outstanding purity and value that beats buying smaller packages. Essential for therapeutic soaking - highly recommend for pure, effective relaxation!

Great quality at a great price
I use about a cup in a hot bath and it soothes sore muscles and joints better than hot water alone. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and moisturized as well. And because it's cheap I use it all the time.

Great soaks for great folks!
How can you not love 20lbs of Epsom Salt?! What can we not do with Epsom Salt? Magnesium sulfate, or Epsom Salt, is used both externally and internally. Externally, Epsom salt is used as bath salts and in isolation flotation tanks, which are AWESOME for my Fibromyalgia. Internally, or taken orally magnesium sulfate, or Epsom salt, is commonly used as a laxative. Bathing in Epsom salts can ease stress, relax the body, relieve pain, lessen muscle cramps, help muscles and nerves function properly, prevent blood clots, make insulin more effective, and eliminate toxins. This is all done trans-dermally, meaning that the Epsom salt is soaked in to your system through your skin. It's amazing. You can also use it for athlete's food, toenail fungus, soothe sprains & bruises, ease gout discomfort, exfoliate your skin, combat foot odor, clean with it by using it as a scrub, eliminate detergent build up in washing machines, fertilize house plants, green up your lawn, spray it on plants as a natural insecticide, and so much more! You can find more uses for it thru the Epsom Salt council. I also make my own scented bath salts. I take the Epsom salt in a big bowl and add about 1 table spoon of an essential oil to 20 lbs of salt. My go to scents are lavender, of course, and blood orange. From there, I would add a few drops of food coloring to epitomize the scent of the salts, purple (or one drop red & one drop blue) for lavender, and orange (or one drop red & 3 drops yellow) for blood orange. Then I will spread the salt out on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven on a low setting like 200 to let it dry out. This makes your house smell AMAZE BALLS. Then I store the dried, scented, colored salts in old timey glass candy jars with a scoop. This last way longer than the 3 lb for $7 you get at the local store. And you can make you Zen scent combo like rosemary, lavender and citrus, or Rose Lavender and cinnamon is also one of my favorites. Mmm, mmm good. I've been thinking of buying a cheap, collapsible hot tub (or spa) and turning it in to a flotation take made with 100 lb of Epsom salt. I fear this amount of Epsom salt will destroy the motor that circulates the water and heats it simultaneously. I think I'll wait until the hot tub (or spa) is on it's last legs, and turn it in to a mineral bath. I think that would be the cat's meow!

Abdominal issues, faint eucalyptus smell
Pros: large bag that will last many baths. Feel nice and relaxing. Seems quality. Cons: just MY personal experience. I have only used this product as directed IN BATH. It took me 2-3 baths to connect the issue... but I get severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea the day after an epsom salt bath. Likewise the bag smells like eycalyptus... the salts themselves really do not (unscented). If anyone has sensitivity to fragrance, likely the packaging is absorbing the strong eucalyptus fragrance of being manufactured/stored in same facility as other products that do use essential oils. Everytime I open the closet where I've stored this bag, I def smell eucalyptus! Doesn't bother me... but it was driving me nuts trying to locate the smell, thinking the salts had EO in it. Lol

Great for improving skin and sleep quality!
I initially heard about this product on a skincare blog I was looking into. I've had eczema since I was a child, and my skin has been red and irritated from a recent flare-up. I placed an order through Amazon, received the bag of salt 2 days later, and after my very first soak in the Epsom salt bath, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. The redness and dryness had decreased, and most of all, the itching subsided almost entirely. Before using the salt, it was difficult for me to sleep through the night, since I often woke myself up when I itched in my sleep. After just one 20-minute soak, my skin felt rejuvenated and soothed for the first time in months. I now take a salt bath almost every other day, and it's a great way for me to de-stress and allow my body to detoxify. Magnesium sulfate is known to help improve sleep duration and quality, and it certainly did that for me. Instead of the 3-4 hours I was used to, I now get 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. I also don't take supplements that often, so an Epsom salt bath was a great way for me to replenish magnesium levels in my body without having to take any vitamins or supplements. The salt itself dissolves fast and seems to be of a better quality than others on the market. Since Epsom salt has such a variety of uses (soothing for aches/pains, remedial for irritated/dry skin, a great source of magnesium, mild natural laxative) and because Epsoak has proven to be a quality manufacturer with high standards, I would definitely recommend this product and this brand to anyone who's interested in trying it out!

Very impressed!!
I work 70-80 hrs a week and imagine how sore I am after work each day. After trying several different brands of Epson salts in my hot bath without any of them doing anything to help my sore muscles I decided to give this a try and I am so impressed at how it helps. All I can say is thank you, it is the only Epson salts that have done anything to help my hurting body. I will buy this again without a doubt. You cannot put a price on feeling better....I love this brand.
