one of his best works
I LOVE THIS GUY'S WORK! A TRUE DAOIST MASTER. Most readers do not realize that these pratices are nearly the same as those practiced a thousand years ago. Taoist alchemy made simple. Enlightenment can be for anyone thanks to Mantak.

Great book as supplement to the course
The book gives a very good summary of the practice. However, I wouldn't have caught important details and techniques without the course on Fusion of the five elements with senior instructor Rentao Ravasio.

Consejos muy útiles para transmutar emociones antiguas y recientes
A través de las técnicas aquí explicadas el lector puede limpiar las emociones que tiene acumuladas desde la infancia o aquellas que se generan en la vida diaria. Lo recomiendo para cualquier persona pero conocimientos básicos de los principios del Tao y la guía de un instructor facilitarían mucho la compresión y puesta en práctica de estos ejercicios.

always trying to learn more about chi and my inner workings just wish i had started this way before i was 54 but it is a great book to give more detail of chaning your emotions

taking the Taoist path
This is another of wonderful books by master Manchak Chia. If you have utilized his books before you will not be dissappointed in this volume. He clearly identifies the five elements and outlines the use of energy in the human system for the overall benefit of health and balance. The exercises are simple and can be easily incorporated in one's daily routine of practice.
