This is far better quality than I dreamed possible. For the price I had hoped so because it’s not cheap. Is not built cheaply so it’s worth it. I took someone’s suggestion of getting it large enough that it is zip zagged in use. This is a great idea because it keeps it much more secure and not easy to push over as it would be if it was opened straight. I’m using this to distract from the appeal of the stairs for my younger grand children. This does the trick but I still wouldn’t leave them alone since it’s not secured in place. Because of the design of my stairs and baseboards it is impossible to find anything that will stay in place securely. And I do not want to start drilling holes in my walls for children who do not live here. It opens and closes as needed, is the perfect height and size for my needs. It’s attractive and solid. I’m very pleased with it and haven’t second guessed my choice.

Pretty white gate. Nice weight and size. Little rubber tabs on bottom have protected my hardwood floors. Keeps my pup from entering a room or area where I haven’t allowed him in quite yet. Sturdy and good quality. I initially considered a purchasing a baby gate with a door that opens/closes and locks shut, yet I didn’t want to screw any hardware into my walls to secure the gate. This gate is perfect. No assembly. No hardware to secure it. One can use it in a doorway, then move it to another area such as the top of the stairs, or to block off entrance to a room. Great purchase!

This is such a beautiful doggie gate, sturdy and perfect for many applications around the house. Works well, easy to open to walk through or step over. I had bought a different brand that fell apart. Highly recommend this one. I got the 4 panel to keep the pup away from the fireplace and from going down the hallway

I bought these gates for multiple doorways in our open concept home for our puppy that likes to jump up on other make shift barriers. I suggest getting the longest panels so you can make deep zig zags to be strongest from not knocking over. These are not only substantial in weight and strong, they stopped my puppy from jumping up as he can see through the gate and is not enticed to jump up to look over as he did with other barriers. The white is beautiful and matches my woodwork. They are low enough to step over, but I do not (I'm only 5'2") and prefer to just open one end like a gate. There are bumpers on the bottom which also protect my wood floors. I did put long bumper strips along my woodwork where the gate touches it and I feel my woodwork is fully protected. They are the peel and stick that you can cut to size. They adhere without the worry of taking the paint off....Don't hesitate!

Very solid gate, well made, operates with ease. It's more than what I needed and too heavy (10 lbs) for my use so I will be sending it back to get a more lightweight gate. Would be good if it included feet to stabilize it, although it is stable as long as you don't open it completely straight. Overall, a great product for the price.

This is a real beautiful freestanding fence! It's made of quality wood with a beautiful dark burgundy finish. I do believe it is Made in the USA, and it's really a high quality piece of furniture. A pleasure to use and to look at! It functions perfectly and is easy to open and close. It is a little bit heavy to pick it up & move it, but not overly so and well worth it.

Looks better in person. Well made. No assembly necessary. Looks great and functional.
