the cleansing element is good and that's why I continue using it. I tried this from the Sanitas Lemon Cream scrub cleanser and I don't know why. The Sanitas version is great. The exfoliating "balls" are really large in the Luzern product. They don't feel scrubby. It feels like there's maybe 5-10 little pellets per pump of product, which isn't adequate to mechanically scrub your face. So, I'd say try something else unless you're exclusive to Luzern. I like Sanitas and Cosmedix equally.

The product is really good, but the tube burst at the top and therefore it is a mess to use.
