Easy to install and made with good materials. This chair giving nice back support. I have been sitting on a wooden chair for the last seven years while working from home just to avoid back pain, which I previously experienced at the office due to their chairs. After using this product for about 15 days, my back pain is gone, and it is very comfortable to work in—you can easily work for long hours using this. I highly recommend it to others. Great chair, super comfortable and very easy to install

Greensoul said they do not do installation if we buy from Amazon, They do installation only if we buy it from their website. I did the installation but the chair was defective, they send me the part and again asking me to do the installation and they would charge me extra if we ask their person to do the installation This was not expected from Amazon nor greensoul Bad exp orst customer service from Greensoul

Comfortable & Good

Not bad for its price but if your intent is to sit and work in your laptop, desktop for long hours, it's not the best choice. Also, when reclining, it doesn't lock at your comfortable angle. It would go all the way back. Recline lock works when it's completely straight to prevent recline. Also, it's back is very thick so if AC is not on, you'd start feeling uneasy and may also get a little sweaty. If your intent is work from home or content creation, go for an ergonomic or gaming chair. Don't fall for its executive look.
