These cut flower stems like butter!
It feels even therapeutic! Most importantly this clean cut makes a big difference to vase life. I sometimes use it in the garden. An Ikebana teacher told me that this can cut thick woody stems up to 1.5cm across, but go easy for the first months to give them a "run-in" period. White blades make you see better when they need good cleaning!
