Analysis, Synthesis, and Design of Chemical Processes (International Series in the Physical and Chemical Engineering Sciences) 5th Edition

It is a very detailed book.

What I needed

I paid a lot for a book that is formatted worse than the free versions online. Some of the tables with critical information are cut off. Worst of all, I didn't notice the formatting issues until well into the semester, when I needed a table for a homework problem and the information was largely missing. You can't access the information no matter how far you zoom out. The available font and background colors are completely inappropriate. Some of the tables use white/cream font, some use black font, and some use green font. The available background colors are cream, green, and dark gray, meaning some of the text is always illegible, and you have to switch back and forth between backgrounds to make everything visible.

This book is an instant classic. As a practicing chemical engineer this book illustrates some items that have taken a over a decade to learn. Great reference to those who know how to use it and in the correct context. Thanks. MFelzien PE 2019

All of the tables were so messed up. Massive blank spots, and only a few words per line. I tried to view it on my desktop and an iPad to fix the formatting issue. Still really awful.
