Bought this to replace cable on my G433.No mute/volume controller (as advertised), just a cable (see photo) ...Sound quality is awful...- 30% reduction in volume.- 50% loss of bass range.- 30% loss of treble.And thats just listening to the jingle on plugging/unpluging my mobile phone.DO NOT BUYNote: problem is Logitec apparently don't sell spare parts. Maybe there is another *5 to 4 audio mini jack plug* out there...

Good product for good price

This cord doesn't work. The side that goes into the headset (4 contacts) does not have the right size contacts. This causes very volume and static I the sound. Notice the cord on the left is the original G433 cord. The cord on the right is this product. Since those contacts don't line up the sound is horrid.

Does not work with Logitech G433 though it is advertised to do so. Produces high pitched noise and muffled audio. The package also took several days later than it said it would.
