I would return this, but it is out of my return window. I bought these for vacation. I foolishly didn't open the bags until I was in Canada and the adult hat's poof ball was hanging on by a thread. I wore it once for about 10 minutes. While the poof continues to be attached, it is "opened" and the stuffing is coming out of it. The baby hat appears to be fine still. As soon as I got back into the US, I attempted to return it as defective, but lo and behold, my return window closed yesterday. This is seriously unacceptable even for the price.
