In my research to improve sleep I read that royal jelly can help, and indeed it has. I'm still experimenting with timing and dosing: if I take it in the evening I have trouble falling asleep, but around 5:30 pm seems to be the sweet spot. About a 1/4 tsp in the morning, and 1/8 or more in the afternoon. I hope to work up to 1/4 tsp twice a day. The only drawback is that I can't get past the taste, and mixing it with honey is not an easy task. Next time I will try the capsules. The company is very responsive to questions and I appreciate their service.

The flavor is a little strong but you really don't feel it that much on a beverage.

I love knowing that the quality is high and that my body is getting an extra boost! I have it with some honey to help with the taste a bit.

It helped finger nails strong and shiny. It also makes me energetic.
