I opened the box thinking "piece of cake", glanced at the instruction & got to work. I was thinking to myself that you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure this one out, so I started assembly. Not paying attention to the instructions the first thing I did was mount the wheels on the wrong way, and I snugged them up pretty good. Doh! When trying to take them off there was just one that the nut was just locked on and would not come off, even with my impact gun. I ended up drilling it out and buying a replacement bolt and it was good to go. I tell you this so that you will not make the same mistake. My bad, not the product. I had originally bought the lesser expensive Harbor Freight model which worked but was too thin for my rear tire, was difficult to roll, and I almost dropped my bike twice when driving on. Don't waist your money on the cheap on unless you have a smaller bike, I think it would be fine for skinny tires and a lighter bike. Mine is a Harley Ultra Limited so it's big and heavy. This dolly is solid, easy to ride onto with the lower stance and wider track. The wheel locks are so much easier than those locks on cheap dolly. It rolls very easily and smooth as long as you're rolling in a planned and smooth direction. It does take a little umph of you decide to change course and the caster need to pivot a lot. Definitely a thumbs up. Definitely worth the higher price. Definitely would recommend.

The dolly arrived on time and well packaged with easy to follow directions. Assembly time was roughly an hour. I purchased a Harbor Freight dolly for my smaller/lighter cruiser and there was vast improvement in quality and easy of movement with the Black Widow. Once assembled, there is a bit of a learning curve when mounting my nearly 800 lb 2018 Goldwing with limited visibility of the front tire. I am only 5'8" and don't have room to spare when standing over the bike, but was still able to drive the bike onto the dolly without an aid/assistance. When the front tire rolls onto the rear of the dolly, the front briefly comes off the ground, but quickly plants once your front wheel clears the first set of rollers. I would not describe rolling the dolly around as EASY, but light years easier than rolling this monster back and forth into a tight spot without the dolly. The major life improvement with the dolly is 2 fold: 1) I can roll straight into the garage and onto the dolly (as opposed to trying to do a tight U-turn and back in) and 2) once mounted on the dolly, I am able to spin/roll the bike anywhere I want in my shop and then lock the wheels in place. I would definitely buy it again. I have not used/seen one in person, but I feel the closest competition would be a Condor. Pros: Sturdy/well built, lightweight, large caster wheels Cons: Pricey, some labor of assembly, learning curve at first with mounting the bike.

I purchased a Harbor Freight dolly for my softail. It serves it purpose but would obviously not work for my Ultra. After some research I decided on the Black Widow Pro Dolly. It moves around much easier than it’s cheap counter part and is much sturdier built. The instructions are not very good, the company apparently made a design change and eliminated some hardware ( which I think was a good idea ) but didn’t clarify it in the instruction sheet. Didn’t take much to figure it out though so no big deal. My biggest disappointment is that I thought I was purchasing an American Made product , box says made in China and instructions are from Discount Ramps Company. I was trying to buy small business but was fooled. Makes my decision on a lift table a bit harder now, was going to go with Black Widow, if it’s made in China as well I’ll definitely look elsewhere.

Wow!! Game changer in my small garage . Easy to assemble, quality heavy duty maternal . Rode right on with no issues, spun my 900lb bike around with no effort at all . My bike is 9’6” long it is no issue . Wish I got it years ago!

1st: delivered late. 2nd: missing hardware, lock washers and washers. I had to go out and purchase sets of each for the M10 and M12 Easy enough to put together - takes about 30 min. Seems like a solid, robust item. Will load the bike in it by tomorrow and see how it moves around. I have a serious pet peeve about items not containing all materials for assembly. It just irritates me to no end. Had all items been included I would have rated 4 of 5 starts at the get-go. Will update this review once I’ve loaded the bike on it and move it around ***UPDATE: loaded and unloaded the bike several times over the past several days. This dolly works very well. Easy on, easy off. Key tip: when locking down the dolly wheels, be sure they’re 90degree perpendicular to the main dolly platform. This makes locking/unlocking the dolly wheels easier AND also makes the loaded dolly a bit easier to move. Have a full size bagger and am not exactly weak - it does take a bit of effort to move it around.

Excellent I am happy with it. It's handy to have around. Saves space.

UPDATE: Amazon credited me for the missing hardware, and I took a trip down to the hardware store to get the missing items. That all being said, I got it put together - it rolls easily. Now, once I put my 850 pound street glide on the dolly, it is somewhat hard to get moving. You really have to get it going by the back or front end so the other wheels start to finally follow. Once you get the hang of that, it’s fine. I would buy again. Minus one star for low clearance of the kickstand tray - it tends to drag of you are not careful. The dolly is missing all of the M10 lock nuts. It doesn’t work without them. I’m not paying $300 for an item just to have to go out and buy my own hardware. Others mentioned the same issue, I was hoping that this wouldn’t be the case with mine.

I had been looking online forever for a dolly and finally found one that was cheaper and from a different manufacturer online. Proof that you get what you pay for, I found it flimsy, and would droop in the middle due to the weight. Also hard to roll because of the small hard plastic caster wheels. I ended up returning it and found the Black Widow. One work - AWESOME! Does the job of carrying the weight of a fully loaded 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited touring motorcycle easily and effortlessly. The large hard rubber wheels make is easy to roll the bike in and around tighter areas and the design of the aluminum bed is bend-resistant even with this 950 lb. bike on it. Lightweight and durable, easy roll on and roll off. I can't say enough good things about this product. After seeing cheaper, poorly made dollies out there, don't waste your time. Haven’t used the dolly yet as it’s winter here. However the assembly went easy and smooth as shown in assembly instructions. Appears well made and sturdy, looking forward to trying it soon. Very pleased so far.

Very convenient and handy to have

Works and rolls with ease. Does exactly what I wanted it to do in a small, tight space in my garage. The down side was it came with one caster not bored out to the size of the rest of the casters and bolts that fit. Vendor had no spare parts. Suggested I dismantle and ship the whole thing back howevver were out of stock to supply a new one. I located a vendor who had the same caster for sale for $12.00 USD and suggested the buy one and express ship to me. No can do they said. Found a smaller bolt and lock nut to work. Very disappointed in vendor, their attitude and not willing to source another caster.
