Great study bible. It is packed with information giving you historical facts, synopsis about each book as well as foot notes relating to chapters and verses. Coinciding with other biblical references. I find the font size of text easy to read. Beautiful illustrations throughout. I use this bible regularly for my studies and devotionals. However care needs to be given when packaging, as the book sleeve was torn; it does not distract from the content but for the price, one would expect the book to be recieved in mint condition.

It’s a fantastic Thomas Nelson NKJV Study Bible, full colour throughout. This is the Third Edition. There is an excellent article on “What is Theology” also “Prophecies of the Messiah”. There are Study Notes, Bible Times and Culture Notes. There are Articles on each of the Bible Books, Prayers of the Bible - basically it’s packed full of information!

5 stars because it is durable and a very good study bible book. Highly recommended! But please next time when you deliver make sure books are wrapped in water proof sealed bag.

This was a great investment in the sales, and contains plenty of extra information about the way to get the roots of various books and characters and teaching from the basic Bible. They are certainly a good example of supporting the Christian Faith and it's truth that cannot be shaken, broken down, or destroyed by anything else.

I recently purchased this bible for myself and I was looking particularly for a study bible. 1. It is colourful - very helpful when viewing maps. 2. I love the study notes. Very clear and readable. 3. The font is better than my previous bible. 4. Very good concordance. 5. My study colleagues want to purchase one. I will be purchasing a bible cover to preserve it from coming apart. It’s a great investment - you are getting a lot for the price!

This book is excellent quality. I purchased the hard back version. Each book of the bible is set out as you would expect with the KJV, but underneath its has explanatory notes that really help understand the way it has been written. There are also detailed maps, family trees and other really useful pictures that help bring it together. If I had to buy it again I would get the soft cover version. Deducted a star due to delivery issues. Things happen with deliveries which sometimes cant be helped, but the book was left out at the rear of my house whilst it was raining. So whilst this is an amazon issue, the seller may wish to put the book in a waterproof bag for deliveries. Other than that small issue im very happy with the actual product

Just what I needed

I love this bible. It has beautiful coloured maps & lots of notes & charts. The font size in the main text is comfortable enough to read. The font size of the notes are a little bit smaller but still comfortable to read. This bible is a wealth of information for spiritual growth.

Just received today. It is beautiful! However, it has only one ribbon —- really —- ? A bible this big should have around 4 to 5 ribbons. I ordered the hardcover because of it being so thick & big. That was a good choice because it lays very flat & open on a desk. It’s too big to take to church; maybe ok for Bible study group if you have a table to put it on. Also just note the shipping package was very non protective! It was in the brown sack envelope with no padding or in a box! The good news is the book arrived not damaged. I’ve leafed through it & it has very good notes & articles. I read several in a matter of a few minutes. It’s is very easy to read for someone that is 71 years old that has to wear prescription reading glasses. I think it might be the best study bible I own & I do own a few including the ESV study Bible & the NLT Life application Bible. I believe I will enjoy going through this Bible in my studies. BTW it is a Black Letter Bible (Jesus’ sayings are not in Red).

I would have given five stars for the book/box, but because of the way it was sent (box was just put in a paper envelope/bag, without any protective material), completely damaged two corners of the box (and misformed corners of the leather a bit). This is so frustrating and I cannot keep the book in the shelf in its cover box now, and returning this heavy book would cost almost as much in shipping as the cost of the book…
