Teabags good, taste not so sure but could get used to it so ok.

Stale cigar smoke
This stuff has a very strong smell and taste of stale cigars smoke. It is effective with helping sleep, but after each time I tried it my brain felt deteriorated the next day.

It feels quite natural, nothing artificial. The tea bags are simple and do the job, though not the strongest flavour. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it’s a nice, affordable herbal option.
