Are these round or octagon ? And how is the Quality

They are octagonal, however the edges are so slight that it appears round unless you look closely. They are heavier than they appear and look amazing, I haven't hit anything with them but they do seem like they could take some beating.

What metal? Aluminum?

I'm not sure, I dont think they're aluminum cause they are decently heavy.
