This label says for skin and sensitive stomachs but I can't seem to find information about what it does for skin?

I would assume that because it has Salmon in it, that is what they are referring to in regards to 'what it does for skin'. Fish oil is important for a dogs skin and coat.

Notacably missing- the actual ingredients and nutritionsl breakdown?

I've been using this food for years and I guess I never noticed what you are asking, perhaps at one time it listed everything. My dog is very much allergic to Chicken and grain, she really loves this food and have never had a problem. My only complaint is not being able to find the 24lb bag, all I can find is the 11lb bag
