Sportstech CX608 Cross Trainer for Home | German Quality Brand | Video Events & Multiplayer App & Bluetooth Console | Elliptical with Pulse Belt for Endurance Training & Tablet Holder

This is my fourth cross trainer and probably the best, there are plenty of levels and the pulse belt is a good thing when you want more detailed information on ye heart performance, it was seriously easy to assemble and the size of it is perfect for the room I have it in, in the product info it says the machine is quiet and I was dubious about this claim but it is so quiet its unreal. I aim to use it 5 out of 7 days, the sense of balance is perfect, plus the ability to use online coaching is a good idea. The one thing which I think would improve it would be if the console was back lit with blue as it would be easier to read but that's just a minor point.

Whilst the product itself is OK there are comparable products on the market. However our buying experience has been really poor. Firstly the product arrive late and despite regular attempts to find out why I resorted to contacting Amazon who moved things on. There was no communication from the seller explaining why it was late and offering any apologies, that is until late in the day when they contacted me to explain that they would offer compensation for later delivery. I must stress that I was not asking for compensation, however the seller assured me they would contact me to offer some. 4 days after receiving the item I have had no call from the seller, more frustrating is that they keep telling me they have tried to contact me to offer compensation but my phone does not lie - ia have missed no calls from them and they have left no voicemails despite me resending my mobile number on several occassions. I am now convinced they have no intention of offering compensation!!!!!

The trainer is good, took around an hour and a bit to put together...the tools that came with it are ok but save some time and get a tool kit ready

Excellent. Bought this during covid lockdown so understandably there were delays due to shipping but we were kept informed throughout. Love this cross trainer. I use it a lot, 3 to 4 times a week for 40 minutes. My partner put it together which took about 90 minutes, it wasn't difficult, it's just that he wanted to make sure everything was put together correctly. It's great, sturdy, no noise. Would definitely buy from this seller again, thank you.

Received the CX608 on 10 June after ordering it on 9 April. Negatives: When in use by an 80kgs user it shakes and feels flimsy. Not suitable for anyone over 5’8”. Positives: Very compact so fits into any room just fine. Easy to put together. Customer service was excellent! Kept us informed on delays and when I contacted them to say we were disappointed they immediately offered a collection and refund!

This is great trainer BUT assembly is best by an engineer

Delivered on time but was told by delivery company that it will be left on the curb, and after my explaining that I live in a complex they agreed to bring it inside but not up to my apartment-I had to get help to carry the 35kg up two floors. Then, upon assembling, found one of the cranks was faulty. Equipment is standing half-assembled whilst I wait to hear from the company. Gravely disappointed.

I bought this piece of kit due to lockdown and it’s simply great I love it easy enough to build and all the functions work only thing I would say is that it squeaks from time to time but apart from that I’m a very satisfied customer

Der Sportstech CX608 war problemlos aufzubauen, auch, wenn es beim ersten Mal schon eine Weile gedauert hat. Beim zweiten Mal ging es dann wirklich flott. Alle Teile sind gut verpackt. Kleiner Hinweis: Wenn ein Teil nicht da zu sein scheint, ist es meistens schon vormontiert. Die Software für Laufstrecken hat uns etwas Probleme beschert, da sich eines der Programme partout nicht mit dem Sportstech verbinden wollte, bzw. nach erfolgter Verbindung nichts tat. Das war allerdings ein Probem der Software, die von einer anderen Firma stammte, und betraf laut Playstore-Rezensionen auch Crosstrainer anderer Hersteller. Die eingebaute Software läuft hingegen problemlos, und reicht völlig aus, um ordentlich ins Schwitzen zu kommen. Das Gerät selber ist für seine Preisklasse schön laufruhig und macht auch nach Monaten der Nutzung noch einen guten Eindruck. Die Schrauben an den Gelenken sollten ab und zu mal nachgezogen werden, aber mit ein klein wenig Wartung muss man eben rechnen. Seitlich ist das Gerät nicht ganz so stabil, wie man es von Geräten aus dem Fitnessstudio gewohnt sin mag, es bewegt sich also unbedenklich leicht mit., dafür kosten letztere aber auch 10 bis 20 mal soviel. Ein wenig schade finde ich, dass der Pulsmesser nur bei den mittleren Griffen vorgesehen ist, so dass man zur Messung umgreifen muss, aber dafür gibt es ja Zubehör. Noch ein Wort zum Kundenservice: Bei unserer ersten Lieferung war ein bewegliches Bauteil defekt. Vermutlich nur einen tote Schraube, also nichts Wildes. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservive gestaltete sich problemlos und persönlich. Man war sehr bemüht, das Problem zu verstehen und zu beheben. Zu guter Letzt haben wir den Crosstrainer wieder zurückgeschickt und haben ein Ersatzgerät erhalten, wobei sich der Händler um beide Transportwege gekümmert hat. Alles in Allem empfanden wir den Service als gut. Fazit: Das Gerät ist nicht ganz perfekt, aber bei dem Preis würden wir es jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Le luci a LED del computer sono fioche e i numeri si vedono pochissimo. Devo sostituire il pezzo in garanzia e devo contattare l'assistenza per avere il pezzo di ricambio. Come posso fare?

El servicio postventa ha respondido rápidamente y han solucionado el problema, por lo que estoy satifecho. No estoy satisfecho con el equipo, el freno que realiza es muy débil. Mejor dicho no se aprecia la diferencia entre el nivel mínimo y el máximo.
