THe name of this product is misleading, it claims Fiber-o-life , but ingredients show just 40% fiber only. Even at 40gram dosage as written on product, one gets 40g x 40% = 16g. about 1/2th of needed fiber. BUT the actual problem is the ingredients cause diarrhea (this is not the way Fiber works, fiber forms bulk and that way it causes emptying not like this dangerous product). whatever 60% is left other than fiber in this product (not sure whether the claim of 40% fiber is even true) is causing extreme pain and diarrhea at 20gram dosage also. This tastes very BITTER ! With damage and stomach pain it caused diarrhea, do NOT use this worst pathetic dangerous product. Fiber like Psyllium Husk is a million times better than this hell! Also clear conflict can be seen in the product description: product description claimed "by increasing the metabolic rate, giving higher satiety"!! BOTH are conflicting due to this: 1) Increasing metabolic rate will cause quick utilization of food/energy 2) Higher satiety will prevent eating food!! So body will loose energy and cannot eat food causing severe health problem do NOT do this! Going by product description also this is very harmful to human organs. Stay Safe!

If i feel bloated all the time this product is worth buying have in quantity of 1 table spoon in plan water before meals. Helps in weight management...yes u will be feel like looose emotional in stating but it actually clears your tummy

the power form is excellent .but out of three one was seed form .unable to understand why it was ent to me when i am a regular buyer
