Nice product but somehow after taking the pills for 1 month my periods got delayed for 20 days..... Don't know the reason.... It seems to be related.

Not for Sensitive Stomachs!
Final Edit: My stomach flare-up after having this probiotic lasted exactly from 17 November to 12 January. The worst experience ever. Please consult a doc before buying. Edit: it is now 2 weeks of bad stomach and LS. I want a refund! They should be sued for destroying people's health. I can't believe how much money I invested in buying this after being recommended by ChatGPT and by reading other reviews on Amazon. I only had 2 capsules over 2 days and it has been over a week of really really bad stomach upset. I don't want to go into the details but if you are normal or have sensitive stomachs, please please ask a Doctor first. I invested way too much money in this and now I cannot use it. I wish to get back to normal soon.

Good supplement
Simple to take and gentle on the stomach. Feels effective and the capsules are easy to swallow. Good for daily health support.

Great probiotic
I have been using Garden of life since around 2009 and it has helped so much. I have not had a yeast infection in years and no bladder infections. To me the quality is one of the best and very effective. These capsules are not huge but not on the tiny side. although they are pretty easy to swallow. Just remember when swallowing pills or capsules, swallow with your head down, it makes it go down easier.
