Great flavor addition
I bought this 'nduja salami to use for bruschetta, but have found the best thing is to use it as a flavoring for sauces and soups. One ounce, added towards the end of preparation as delicious umami intensity, smokiness and spice (hot chile). Will buy again.

Nothing like it! It's the best.
Super tasty and spicy. Easy to use. Dilute with hot water. Add some preserved lemon and garlic. Makes a great sauce!
