Q: How many bags of plastic baits (senkos, swimbaits, craws, tubes, ect) will this hold?

It holds anywhere from 40 to 50 bags. These things are great. I bought 5 of them for my bass boat. Just don't put terminal tackle in them unless the bags are completely sealed because the boxes aren't water tight. Tight lines

Q: How many zman bags could it hold? Also how many Keitech packages?

I have anywhere from 24-30 bags of soft plastics in mine. If you want them to stand straight up, you will get about 24 and if you pack them in there more.
