Futura by Hawkins F10-12 Safety Valve for Hard Anodized Pressure Cookers

Worked for my Hawkins Futura 5L pressure cooker. Replacing the valve was tough, but it worked and that is all that counts.

I was so happy to have found this pressure cooker part on amazon!! Somehow it came loose and fell off somewhere from the lid of my one year old futura cooker , I thought I would have to discard it but my husband found this safety valve here and now the pressure is as good as new!!

The product is good and meets the need but it’s getting damaged very frequently inspite of proper usage.

Perfect match for futura cooker

I have an older Futura pressure cooker that is nearing 20 years old. The safety valve gave up after the 20th year and luckily this replacement worked and its good as new.

When I ordered my pressure cooker, & decided to order a new Safety Valve at the same time. Good thing I did. The cooker ran out of water while my husband was making potatoes. The Safety Valve did it's job.

My pressure cooker was not pressurizing. I bought the safety valve and install it, which was a breeze. And now my pressure cooker is as good as new!!!
