The taste was just ok. It reminds me of a French vanilla protein powder I don’t like, but it’s good if mixed with berries. It’s slightly gelatinous when made without mix-ins. Vital Proteins chocolate collagen powder is what I’ve been using and will probably stick with it for the better flavor and price. Also worth noting, I know this is sold by weight, but the container was half empty. They either need to fill it more or make it smaller. There’s a lot of wasted space. It’s literally only half full.
