I love this desk. I’m a student and a full time worker and I just needed a place to do my homework and at-home work in peace. I live with my parents and I share a room with a relative so I need something large enough so I could work comfortably with some privacy, but also fold away when I needed extra space in my room for me and my family. I didn’t have to assemble a thing, which was awesome! You just unfold it like you do a living room dinner tray and it props open. It is thin, but it is able to hold a heavy monitor and laptop, I just would try to avoid bumping into it or anything. But it serves its purpose and I don’t feel like it’s going to topple over! I love it! Such great value for my buy!

It's hard to imagine finding another desk that's this spacious and sturdy while also folding completely flat and being light enough to stow easily. Especially at this price!I bought this desk looking for something more like a large TV tray. I didn't notice the measurements, so it was way bigger and taller than I expected. But I added some cheap plastic risers to my couch (like the kind you use to make a dorm room bed into a storage loft bed), and now the height isn't really a problem. I still wish I could lower the height a bit, but that's probably because I like to lounge like a couch potato while I'm on the computer. :)I'm loving all the room, and the extra shelf to get drinks, remotes, phones, etc. out of the way. I can easily use a standard laptop with enough extra space for a dinner plate and drink. It's light enough to move around easily with no wheels. My last "mobile desk" had the casters bend, and I suffered through a wobbly workspace for two years before getting this one.Also, it genuinely does fold totally flat in like 3 seconds, so I can slide it behind the couch. I do wish it had come with directions on how to fold and unfold, but it only took a minute to figure out. It comes pre-assembled which is awesome. It would be great if it came in a few other finishes (like darker wood) but overall it has clean lines and isn't an eyesore. I would totally recommend if you have a small apartment/dorm, or if your workspace is a shared common area that needs to be flexible.

I was skeptical about the sturdiness, but these are really great desks. They are heavy, sturdy, and have plenty of work space - yet they are also really easy to fold back up and prop against the wall. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the utility and ease of use combined with a solid and spacious surface. They were also very easy to assemble. My 10 and 12 year old assembled on their own. We've ordered a lot of stuff to facilitate learning at home over the past couple of months and this desk is hands-down the best investment (which was not even expensive)! They are probably worth more than the price, so grab some now!

Just got finished setting up the table, it's pretty much ready out of the box. However, for me at least, it was packaged horribly, which is why I am giving it only 4 stars. There was styrofoam that was broken inside the box, so when I took it out of the box, it got all over the place. It was all over the table too, and those small pieces of styrofoam stuck to the table pretty good, so I had to vacuum the entire table (and my floors) before I even got the chance to set up the table. They probably should have used something less messy like bubble wrap or something similar to that. So aside from the HORRIBLE packaging job that was done on this product, it has been a nice little sturdy office desk so far. & I love the little mini shelf on the top, very useful to put my stuff to keep clutter off of my working area. I would recommend this product to anyone in a tight space that has a vacuum cleaner handy!

I was looking for a foldable desk below $100, something clean and simple not bulky but a comfortable size. I like my space as minimalistic as possible, all my furniture can easily go in the closet leaving my room completely empty when needed, and while I wanted something nice, I didn't want to commit to expensive stuff. After considering a few other options I went with this one because comparing to a few other desks this one seemed easier to fold+it has a panel that turns into a shelf, or can just keep papers or a book straight+perfect size+affordable price(!) It's light to move around when i want a change of scenery, folds easily into a thin board that makes it no brainer to store or move. Again, I especially appreciate the feature of a tiny shelf, it's just there when you need it without an extra bulk! There's one thing that couldn't escape my observation though, and that is the middle bar sometimes when i forget it's there my feet just bump into it. When i want to move closer so that I can lean my back on the chair I have to just throw my feet over that bar. Which overall is not that big of a deal.It came folded, carefully packed, there's no assembling needed, just lift the board and slide one metal side. Overall I am very happy with the choice I made and I'm sure you will be too!

I bought this desk for my daughter for virtual schooling. I was looking for something good but not a huge investment, and folding so it doesn't take up too much space in her room. There's a whole category of this desk on Amazon - I would only say - STAY AWAY. The first one I bought like this never arrived - the seller claimed it got lost at sea. Okay. This one by JIWU arrived in October. It is clearly used even though it is advertised as new. The wood was already damaged and wouldn't properly attach to the metal frame. The screws were already stripped and damaged. The styrofoam was in a million little pieces inside and created a huge mess. I had half a mind to get rid of it immediately but considering almost all the folding desks on Amazon were on back order - we assembled it best we could and used it. The little top shelf wouldn't attach at all, so we just never used it. And anytime we folded and unfolded it, it got worse. It finally completely broke over winter break - the top came apart from the metal rod in the back. We threw it out this morning. So, unless you want to spend $100 to buy a desk that only lasts 2 months...stay away!

Value for money....very good product

The media could not be loaded.  Sub-standard product, Not worth the price . I ordered this after reading several reviews from international buyers , However the product is nowhere close to the description. Secondly there was no response from Amazon or the seller on the refund or replacement. This was waste of money for me.

Not painted properly.

Based on the position reviews, I had ordered this table. Packaging was good and well protected.Sadly, the colour of oak displayed on picture and read product is different. Also it seemed like a used product which was given to me.Rough on edges but not well polished. Table is steady and strong.I would advise people to select for the black colour option.

Pros: Quite heavy and Steady. Doesn't Shake or Move too much.Cons: Firstly it takes lot of time to get delivered and after waiting for so many days when you get there some defects. Like the Paint on the iron bars keeps coming off and there are no rubber grips at the bottom of the stands which creates scratch marks on the floor if its Moved. One or two screws are not put in properly. The Stand for the top shelf one is smaller that the other. Not Completely Satisfied.
