Purchased this product to enclose a 16 ft octagon summer gazebo. (Yes 7 panels of plastic and we added a door for the 8th opening) My husband made frames and he stapled the plastic onto it. Plastic is crystal clear and sturdy! We live on Long Island , New York and wanted to extend the use of our gazebo into the winter with heaters and these panels. So far in October it’s about 4O degrees and the plastic seems to be holding the heat with our heaters going.... we are soooo happy with the product and how easy it was to use -but first and foremost -the quality! Shipping was fast, product was as stated and you can’t beat the price. Great company ! Thank you....

The vinyl arrived well packaged (very heavy though) and I did not need to discard an outer layer due to scratching. The vinyl can be easily cut using scissors. I made a set of storm windows to enclose my patio during the winter months.

UPDATE: Contacted the seller because of product issue. Received and immediate response and replacement of the missing vinyl. I highly recommend this product and company as they stand by their word. We used this vinyl to make window inserts for our screened in porch last year. It worked great, so we ordered it for another, smaller project. However, not even halfway through our project we ran out of vinyl. After remeasuring what we used, we realized that we only received 4 yards of vinyl. I contacted the seller and hope to her back soon. Until then, I would be weary of spending almost $300 knowing you may not receive all of what you pay for.

I have an open-air screened porch attached to my home, with French doors into the porch. It gets very cold in the winter in Minnesota and as a result I would have significant heat loss from the doors through the porch. For several years I have covered the porch with plastic during the winter months to save on energy bills, and to have an area for taking off boots, etc. It was unattractive, and noisy when the wind blew. I replaced the plastic with cut, grommeted sheets of vinyl. It is clear, allows the sun in, quiet, looks much better, and is now easy-on/easy-off without the need to staple or nail into the porch wood.

Larger quantities are well prepared for shipping, a heavy cardboard roll, separator paper between layers, and box. A container can be quite heavy. The material is easily cut to size with a straight edge and utility knife. Does not have the wrinkle issues of a thinner material. However, it does exhibit normal vinyl stretch and shrinkage from heat and cold. That does affect the clarity optics. In this case it, it is being used to provide some weather protection for a screen porch. Will see how distracting the stretch and shrinkage is.

I had ordered a product a year ago from an Amazon seller who claimed it was 20 mil in thickness, and after opening and trying to use it, I found they updated the listing to say it was actually 4 mil. This year, I bought this wonderful 40 mil vinyl and I was amazed how easy it was to use. We made custom enclosure windows with this, and even with 35 mph winds, it stays firm and in place. I live in a coastal area so high winds are frequent. I'm so glad I found this vinyl.

Crystal clear and durable. Made windows for an outbuilding. Worked beautifully. It is a little brittle at 20 degrees Fahrenheit. But this is natural for the material. And this has held up much better than similar products from my local stores. Will purchase again if needed for future projects. Doubt you'll find better.

Perfect, clear, just what I wanted. It arrived double wrapped in plastic in two layers to protect it in shipping. Would order again if I need more. Good job!
