I first drank a small amount just to taste it and it was overwhelming, lol. The first thing I thought was that this is "fireshot material." It actually worked to wake me up like coffee might do. I will definitely reorder to use in making fireshots, but for now, I'm enjoying the heck out of this ginger juice with honey added and a lot of water. Seriously refreshing and enjoyable just like that. But I will also get lime juice and sparkling water to use with this, too, and probably mint leaves. This is a great start to many wonderful drinks!!! Right now I'm having it cold with water and honey, but the exact same combination hot, with lemon would be outstanding, especially if you have a cold. The only thing I don't like about this is that it comes in a plastic bottle, but it's still an excellent product and I highly recommend it to everyone. It's wonderful in drinks, but would be great in salad dressings, soups, and sauces, too. Get it!!!

Strong flavor, yet GOOD & has health benefits

I drink this hot and cold. I sent some to my brother who is experiencing nausea from chemo. Easier than peeling ginger and boiling water when you are sick. I also use it in recipes. I have tried a lot of Ginger People’s products and they have all been great.

I bought this primarily for a dermatologist-recommended skin treatment for hypopigmentation- the idea being that fresh ginger applied directly to the skin may help over time. I used it nightly on a cotton ball for two months and didn't see results, though my doctor noted it typically takes 6+ months of consistent use and works best with fresh-cut ginger rather than juice. So the inconclusive skin results are on the method, not necessarily the product. Where it genuinely delivered: cooking. I substituted it for ginger paste in a stew in a pinch (halved the quantity) and couldn't tell the difference in the final dish. The bottle stayed fresh the entire two months, separated slightly between uses but a quick shake fixed that, and the scent is mild and pleasant. A solid pantry staple for cooking, and worth trying for topical use if you're committed to the long timeline.

Very good - wish it came in half bottle to keep the freshness. I’m trying freezing it into mini ice cube but the results are not conclusive.
