Is this product cruelty free?

To be honest, I'm not sure. Packaging doesn't indicate

how do I use this in my regimen? After Vit c serum? after hyalronic acid? before moisturizer ?

I love this product. Distinction Firmalift. It has no fragrance or smell. I have been using it daily about 20 years. Long list of ingredients. Does not say "fragrance" in list, and I don't recognize anything as a fragrance. But it also does not specifically say "fragrance free." I do not like or use any lotions or products that have fragrance or smell, so this one is great.... Also, tip, I use it daily gently on my eyelids & use my ring-fingers to smooth it upwards towards & past my eyebrows. Really stops droopy eyelids in morning. And I gently use under & around my eyes. Also on my neck. For me, it really works for me & I can see the difference when I don't use it. I say definitely worth a try, especially for eyelids and around the eyes.
