Hi are these supposed to be individually hygiene sealed as when I received them they were all loose in the package and not sealed liked replens are

As they state on the box, they come in individual sealed plastic tubes. Then packed in their box of either 6 or 12. They are definitely worth purchasing as they are an excellent product. Hope this helps you.
