I am bad about researching everything to death and it makes my wife crazy, but it saves us money and was convinced that Furion was the best, but Halo-View would save you money. I watched every youtube video there was, tried to find the original mfg, got everybody's opinion and then found out about AMTIFO. How could this be as good as all these people say for so much less. But I went ahead and bought it. Then I actually took the time to install it on our 35ft fifth wheel. NOTE: I have the video screen that can actually split into 4 but only have one camera. I'm installing it as a backup camera that is 'always on'. I went camping and it worked great but it lagged on occasion because the antenna is 35ft behind my full size F250 Powerstroke. (which puts it about 60 feet from the wireless video display). I contacted AMTIFO and they sent me an extension antenna free. Fantastic, now it works perfectly. We camp nearly every 2 weeks, and I love this thing. I mounted it permanently on the rear of the camper in the place of the center courtesy light and mounted the extra antenna on the roof. The display sits on the dash of my truck and it is huge. This is nice, but I didn't permanently mount it, so I can put it in the console when we're not camping. Anyhow, I would buy this over and over. I can't believe I spent so much money on my luetoboth/ wireless tire pressure monitoring system and only paid a fraction of the cost of this that I will use everytime I camp. Hopefully my TPMS will never be needed, but of course it's there if I need it. If AMTIFO sells a TPMS I would buy that as well.

I purchased this backup camera for the back of a car hauler we have. I am impressed with the quality of the camera, the magnet that holds it to the trailer is crazy strong. The picture that comes through to the monitor is clear and crisp. There is no setup to speak, turn both units on and they start working almost instantly. We have towed for years; I wish we had made this purchase ages ago; it was such a bonus to see what is behind us when on the road. We didn't want to put holes in our dashboard, so we purchased the window suction cup mount. It works perfectly.

The video has me going 80mph without any disruptions. My monitor is 50' from the camera also. This would have been a 5 star but a few time while driving cross country the monitor would randomly start switching channels. What I found is that the butto. Got a little dust on them and with bumps it was enough to change the channel. All in all great product and I will be purchasing the side cameras soon.

I mounted mine temporarily to the roof ladder for the first trip and was amazed at the video quality for a mobile wi-fi signal. I have not used this on the trailer at night, yet. But I did test it with the truck only and the night vision is clear and well-lit. I've added a second camera on a magnetic mount so I can monitor different perspectives while traveling. The mag-mount camera has been useful when 'overlanding' once we leave the trailer at 'base camp'. The package contains everything needed to mount and use the system. The instructions are clear and concise: I had no problem whatsoever testing, mounting, and using the system. SOOO glad I opted for this rather than the hugely expensive 'name-brand' systems. Wonderful product and support. Hard to imagine anyone not being happy with this.

This is an awesome backup camera and monitor. The monitor is clear and large enough that I can see what is behind me easily. The magnet is super strong. Not sure about battery life yet as I just got it. I love the large solar panel on the camera too. UPDATE: the magnet on the back is very very strong and it would be very hard to be stolen. I love it.

I used this system for my 35’ travel trailer being towed by my Chevy Silverado. Installation was pretty straightforward. I first wired everything together as they suggest to test the system. Everything worked as described. The picture quality is terrific. I have requested the free window suction mount and have been told it is being shipped. The camera was mounted on the rear of the travel trailer by making a few slight adjustments. I had to trim the existing furion sharkfin bracket and mounted the camera just slightly below it. This way, I could hide the excess wires up under the furion bracket. This is a great system and is a great value too.

Great product for the low price. The camera was already linked up the monitor when I plugged it in to test it. The kit comes with everything you need to get up and going quickly. The camera bracket fits directly into the cover for a running light, so I was able to replace one of my lights with the camera and wire it right in. The picture is good on the display, and signal picks up great.

Gute Kamera mit guter Bildqualität tags und nachts. Blickwinkel könnte größer sein, verwende an einem Wohnmobil in der nähe des Kennzeichens hinten, als Ergänzung zur Rückfahrkamera oben. Hier kann man deutlich besser den Abstand nach hinten einschätzen. Die Rückfahrkamera oben gibt die bessere Übersicht. Bei neuer Autos muss ein Signalfilter zur Stromversorgung zwischengeschalten werden.

This is an impressive camera system with a large clear monitor and excellent picture quality, it is very easy to install and setup. Amtifo supply a connector in the package to allow the connection of the camera and monitor to one 12v supply and you are advised to test the camera and monitor before installing them, they are already paired so this is just a check. Once you have decided where and how to mount the camera and connected it to a suitable power supply, you simply need to switch on the monitor and you have a very clear image of what’s behind you. I mounted the camera on the rear roof of my caravan and there was no problem in the image coming up on the monitor on the dash of my Volvo XC90. Both the camera and the monitor seem to be well made of high quality materials. The menu system on the monitor is easy and intuitive to use and, should you wish, you can connect up to 4 cameras in total to the monitor switching easily between views. If you install a memory card the system will record images should you need them. I would thoroughly recommend this system if you are looking for a good quality reversing camera system at a good price.
