Box arrived tub inside smashed and bird food leaking and spilt everywhere. I should receive refund
Tub broken, food wasted as leaked out of box and made a mess. Refund requested.

Great seed mix, birds enjoying it, but sadly the packaging was not robuet enough and the plastic tub had split and the contents was leaking out of it and the outer box. A bit of seed lost, but not a disaster. Better packaging needed next time please.

2nd time I’ve bought this the first time it came with a broken lid and thought it might be a one off but no this time the tub is smashed and seed spilled all over, can’t fault the product as the birds love it but the seller needs to start packing the product better for transport
