First thing in my mind was the after sale support as i am pretty much aware that all these massagers are imported from China, no matter what brand you buy, but I chosen this brand because they were from HYD and should be easy to get support in south. Its been like a month now, the product work like a charm for me, so far so good! For those who love hard massage this would good choice, however the term 'Hardness' strictly varies from person to person, so better try before you buy. My first experience was good and it was the same case for my mother but when my father tried, he felt is hard for his legs and even the foot roller was a bit harder, so he gave a thumbs down. There were few family member who tired and felt its good and quite effective. Products comes some sort of configuration where you can make the choice to reduce its intensity or you can stop one of the functions which you don't want use, like rollers, intensity of rollers, intensity of massage, heating and so on. I really like the flexibility and combination which turns out to be perfect custom massage for my need. Heating works well for an effective massage and can be turned off if it was not needed. But one should be aware that most of the massage is done by the air pressure which I was not much aware before trying this one personally. So there are dozens of airbags which keeps pumping like in your BP machine and creates pressure to do the massage however there are few rollers include but I personally dint felt not much that effective may be due to the pain/sourness in my legs, but other claimed that they felt it good. The reason to invest for a 30k massager is because I wanted to try out something best and its any way going to be one time investment. I gain lot of pain and tiredness in my legs by playing intense badminton at-least 2 hrs every single day; so for me personally, even this hard massage is a kind of OK in terms of hardness but when it comes to effectiveness I quite feel like very much revived after using it every day now.
