This is not a medical grade otoscope. However, it works very well. It is great for home use and is compact. I am very pleased to have it in my home medical supplies.

Works well. My son gets frequent ear infections but never feels pain and sice untreated infections can cause hearing loss I got this scope to keep frequent checks when I spot an infection yes I don't are him tonthe doctor for confirmation and we get meds. Noone can explain how he has severe Raging double ear infections but NEVER feels.any pain. So we HAVE to keep a check on him ourselves. So highly recommend

Works exceptionally well!!!

Works as intended BUT the magnifying part you use to look through or "view" the ear drum is kinda wonky if your at different angles making it hard to see detail. If your subject will sit perfectly still it's ok but if not.. good luck. I can use if my child is asleep but hard to get a good look otherwise.
