Our mil-spec steel toe boot (style 8989) is made to the current military specification for steel toe boots and is used by the Army and Air Force. It features the Vibram Sierra outsole with is an oil and slip resistant rubber compound. Our T2 Steel Toe boot is part of our Terassault collection and is among the lightest weight steel toe boots in its class. It features a light weight polyurethane midsole and Vibram P439R PU/Rubber outsole. Both products meet ASTM standard F2413 for impact and compression as well as AR670-1.
