Worth every penny. I have this one and also the small individual cup one as well. Keeps coffee hot and so easy to use and clean up after. 100% recommend.

This is an excellent cafetiere! Double skinned so it retains the heat far longer than a single skinned equivelant. No nasty plastic parts either. I thoroughly recommend this item.

I bought this as a replacement for a previous glass french press, where the metal filter was going, decided I might as well get something half decent, with spare filters, and I liked the steel design, simple, sturdy etc. I love the spoon which I can use to clip onto the coffee bag – a great feature. The spoon I find a good heaped scoop is great for me and also stops me from overindulging and making muddy coffee! Also, the double wall construction of the cafeteria works well to keep the coffee hot longer, so no real loss of heat while making the coffee, which would be great when I'm outdoors. All-round good product.

It's a great little coffee pot when it said 3 cups but it only dose 1 mug my fault but good.

Well, if you're anything like me you've broken your glass cafetiere and need a new one. LOOK NO FURTHER. BUY THIS ONE! You won't regret it. Not only is this one double walled and so keeps your coffee hotter - it comes with spare filters and a really handy little scoop thing (yes, I know you knew that already - but it's worth pointing out how nice it is). If I had to complain about anything, I'd note the internal wall etchings that show volume are quite hard to make out. But then I don't really need these, and it's not like glass ones usually have volume markers anyway.

Had glass press coffee makers but unfortunately the glass gets broken after a while. So decided to try a metal press coffee maker... So far it does what it is supposed to do... makes one decent sized cup of coffee, so well happy.

Costo molto contenuto rispetto all'ottima qualità. E' tutto acciaio inox molto pesante e robustissimo. La doppia parete e il tappo doppio rendono la caffettiera un vero e proprio thermos in acciaio inossidabile. Con l'acqua bollente all'interno, le pareti esterne sono appena tiepide. La saldatura del manico sembra ben eseguita e duratura. si vedrà. Vengono fornite ben sei retine filtro tutte uguali di scorta per il futuro. Il cucchiaio dosatore mi è utilissimo. Mi permette di essere costante nella preparazione. Un cucchiaio per una tazza è giusto per me. Due cucchiai mi fanno un boccale di caffè. Insomma si può regolare l'intensità del caffè a piacere, dal caffè molto lungo a quello espresso molto ristretto. I filtri sono così fitti che uso tranquillamente il normalissimo caffè macinato fine e non passano granelli nella bevanda. Tutto è smontabile per un rapido lavaggio. Fare attenzione a riavvitare con garbo l'alberino nelle due filettature senza forzare nulla e sarà un gioco la pulizia. La preparazione è elementare. La caffettiera è un thermos infusore e quindi non va assolutamente sul fuoco. Si mette il caffè sul fondo, si versa acqua caldissima, si mette il tappo e si abbassa con delicatezza il pomello, si aspetta un poco e il caffè è pronto da gustare. Non consiglio l'acquisto agli "spaccapietre" naturalmente, per poi leggere che il prodotto era fragile! A me durerà senz'altro una vita dandomi degli ottimi caffè americani (o francesi, o tedeschi, ecc.)

La cafetera esta perfecta, mejor de lo que esperaba. Había leído algunos comentarios malos per me arriesgué a comprarla. Es muy bonita, se ve que esta hecha de buen material. Ademas, trae varios filtros de mas. Es un artículo hecho para durar mucho tiempo.

Ich wollte erst eine mit Holzapplikation etc. Hab mich dann aber für diese entschieden, weil ich die Optik und vor allem das robuste Design als überzeugend empfand. Und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich hab schon 2 Glas Pressen durch... man kann noch so aufpassen, nach ein paar Jahren passiert es einfach. Der Mist geht Kaputt. Die letzte in der Spülmaschine. Die Verarbeitung macht soweit einen guten Eindruck. Alles passt sehr genau, die Optik ist makellos. In der Benutzung zeigt sich, das die kleine Presse den Kaffee tatsächlich deutlich länger Warm hält, als eine Glaspresse. Dreht man den Deckel, verschließt sich damit die Ausgussöffnung, womit sich der Thermoeffekt nochmal steigert. Geschmacklich bemerke ich keinen Unterschied zwischen Glas oder Stahl (was ja auch so sein soll). Die Schiebe-Einheit kann beim befüllen der Presse "auf dem Kopf" abgestellt werden. Sehr praktisch wenn das Sieb noch tropfnass ist. Reinigung ist ein Traum. Da die Presse im Grunde nur aus 2 teilen besteht (eben kein separat herausnehmbares Glas), hat man sie auch in Sekunden gereinigt und abgetrocknet. Mit ein paar Drehungen lässt sich das Sieb abnehmen und in Einzelteilen reinigen. Mache ich aber eher selten. Dafür ist es schon 2 mal von allein abgefallen (zurück in die Kanne). Wieder zusammenbauen ist kein Thema. Seit dem checke ich regelmäßig die Verschraubung. Zum Thema Spülmaschine kann ich nichts sagen, da durch die einfach Reinigung ein gang durch die Spülmaschine einfach nicht nötig wird. Einziger persönlicher wehrmutstropfen. Es gehen nur 350 ml Wasser rein. Um meine Lieblingstasse voll zu kriegen brauche ich 400 ml. :) Macht aber nix, schmeckt trotzdem und wird mich hoffentlich ein paar Jahre länger begleiten als die Vorgänger.
