Jenni Chan Dots 360 Quattro 25 Inch Upright Spinner Luggage, Brown/Green, One Size

I purchased this suitcase prior to my trip to Las Vegas last Spring. I was hesitant because it is hard to tell whether you will really like something from just looking at the picture. However, I received my package in less than a week and absolutely love it! It is the perfect size especially since most airlines have weight limits. I tend to pack a lot of stuff when traveling and this suitcase allowed me to pack what I needed without overloading it. Maneuvering the suitcase is SO EASY!! My old suitcase was hard to roll and eventually the wheel broke off. However, you can roll this one on all 4 wheels, tilt it on just two (just as most suitcases do), or even roll it sideways...it's awesome! The handle is another great feature. You can extend the handle and even slant it so that you can roll the suitcase without tilting it on two wheels. I know it sounds like a weird thing to be excited about but I just loved these features! The color is also super cute. I wanted something that wasn't too eye-pooping but stood out from other plain black suitcases on the baggage claim belt. In addition, the suitcase comes with a plastic zipper bag inside! Highly recommend to any female looking for a decently-priced suitcase, long-lasting and easy to maneuver.

I bought this suitcase for my daughter to take through the airport on a family vacation. I purposefully bought the spinner wheels so she could roll it herself. I ended up having to roll this bag with one hand and my bag with the other. This bag was twice as hard to roll as my bag (which was twice as heavy). The wheels didn't roll well at all, the handle actually bends (why? I am not sure) making it incredible hard to manage. I really wanted this bag to work...now we are stuck with a really cute bag that I will NEVER take on a vacation again!

Bought this bag to travel to Europe. It was perfect for the trip, it fits a lot and has a zipper in the liner that you can use to separate your shoes from your clothes, which I loved. I do feel that I received a returned item, the box was in really bad shape and the little plastic cosmetic pouch is missing a button. I ended up using the plastic pouch just stuffing it in one of the pockets and it worked just fine, but for the price, I expected it it be in new condition and I really don't think it was. Over all it's a great bag and it stands out against all the other black bags with red ribbons tied to the handle at the airport.

Will wait to see how this luggage holds up....too large to use as carry on, will need to be checked.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. She says it is so easy to find her bag at the luggage carousel. Additionally, while a zipper tab snapped off before use, Luggage Pros was fabulous when we asked about a replacement. They did say that if the luggage had been used already, the issue would have to be dealt with via Jenni Chan warranty service - so keep that in mind. In our case, the bag had not been used yet, so Luggage Pros authorized the replacement right away. Not only did they send a postage-paid label for the return, they sent the replacement bag out before the original had even been returned.

I had ordered the 28" and returned it because it was too large, love these, I am sure I can find this in the airport.

loved the case BUT the first time we used it, the handle stuck in the open position. After hasseling on the plane, I was able to close it once it was empty and I unzipped the inner liner. Now It is STUCK in the closed position. I would like to exchange it but the time window had passed before we used it for the first time. I would not risk the purchase. They must have defective parts,
