Great machine!
My husband and I bought this blender from TV add and had to have my daughter show me how to lock and unlock it. Once she showed me and you line the lock words up , it is a breeze to operate. It has power and is very easy to clean. Learn to operate it and you will love it.

SIMPLY AWFUL!
This product is just awful! SO disappointed on several levels. It is very difficult to lock in place, the lid is hard to open and close also, the sound is amazingly loud, but the worst of it - it simply doesn't liquefy vegetables like the ads say. Its does fine for leafy veggies, but broccoli, carrots,even cucumbers - it coms out way too thick to drink, even if I fill the container full of water! An enormous price for an awful machine. Will look into Vitamix instead.

This product is awful. It does not deserve one star. Amazon should discontinue selling this product. I have never been this disappointed in a product I purchase through Amazon. DO NOT BUY.
