While a little pricy, I don’t have a good Asian market nearby. The flavor is outstanding if you like authentic Korean seaweed flakes to put on rice or mix in with dishes. Put this on some rice, a piece of fish and Costco’s Japanese bbq sauce - you’ll thank me. ;)

Not too salty or sweet. Strong umami seaweed flavor.

Disappointing - Very short shelf life (Expiry date)
I received this item on Feb 21, but the expiration date is April 16, 2026. This gives me less than two months to consume it. For a pantry item like this, having such a short shelf life is unacceptable.

Always read the expiration date!
I typically like this product, but in my last purchase the package label said that it was expired. This was no fault of the manufacturer. Happily amazon issued a refund for it.
