Where can you find sounds to put on it?

The voices are built in. I’m not sure that you can midi in other voices. I only use it as a base drum and I just boxed it for a real drum kit.

Does it come with the AC adapter? If not, exactly which adapter does it use?

Comes with batteries. No Ac adapter. The adapter is the PSB-1U

How can I simultaneously use my click tracks via the spdOne wav pad while Im already running my tm2 triggers thru my in-ears?

I use a small mixer, the Behringer Xenyx 502 to sum the audio into my in-ears. This also helps me playing on stage because i get a FOH mix direct from the board and I can mix it in to my in-ears.
