I first got a defective piece. The chest piece wouldn't turn. It is a non returnable item and so the replacement required a couple more calls than usual. But hats off to Amazon's excellent customer service, I got a perfectly working replacement within a few days. Beautiful colour and litmann!Tried registering on the litmann website for warranty. However registration failed saying serial number of product is invalid. Doubting whether fake. But stethescope working well.

I love the color of this stetho.What i didnt like is the packaging ...the packaging from clicktech retail is higly vulnerable to damage.Otherwise ita Littmann , its a great thing.

El producto en sí es Perfecto y con este color me pasó también como otros comentarios el cambio o error del color, peeeeeero como era un precio de promoción llame a servicio al cliente y me ayudaron con el reembolso inmediato y la compré y me encargué de hablar directo por mail con el proveedor para asegurarme y llego el color correcto.
