How much b-12 is in each serving?

The amount of B12 per 3g serving is between 4 mcg and 5.5 mcg in our beef liver capsules depending on the production lot. At present we are still conducting analytical testing to determine if there are any seasonal fluctuations of B12 content in the harvested livers, and we should be adding this information to the product label soon under the "supplement facts." We would also like to note that there are several companies selling New Zealand sourced beef liver that claim “13.5 mcg” of B12 per serving in their product descriptions, but this claim is not supported by any laboratory data, and it is not declared on their label in the “supplement facts.”
