Like no joke, this thing is difficult and will increase grip strength. I didnt know what 250IBs were until this arrived. I decided lets just start heavy.. now i have carpet tunnel and calculus’s. I’ll start with the dislike, first, the handles abit small for my mitts, but you can make it work. The likes, increased grip strength for sure. After using this, I can wank it in a hurricane

Ordered 150lbs and sent 100lbs I thought it would be heavy but it's light. an older model I had was but this is hollow. Will get the job done though.

The spring isn’t tightly coiled at all- gaps in the spring is not a good thing.

Wasn't a good buy. Handles are way to thin and the tension failed. Threw it away after 2 weeks.

Great gripper! I bought the 100, the 150, and the 200 and have been working my way up. The 50 lb jumps are tough, you definitely can’t skip them. The knurling on the grips is just enough to get a good grip without tearing up your hands. I have used other grippers with more or less knurling and I prefer these.
