Zipper broke after 6 months
Disappointed with this item. This new version seems to have lower quality than the original that lasted years.

Several pockets on this, including spaces for a laptop and another for a tablet. This backpack feels very well built and should last me for a long time (I've had it now for 10 months). The biggest thing I was looking for was great zippers. I get so frustrated with broken zippers. These zippers are great. There is also padding for your back when wearing it. Great buy.

This product was purchased for my son's birthday to replace the original backpack of the same product. It was exactly the same and my son's original Swiss Army backpack lasted him over 9 years . All through highschool and university. Great product arrived in time for his birthday.

I use this product to carry my laptop

Great construction backpack. I travel to South America and Europe with mine. I love having the TSA laptop zipper so I can just unzip and fold it in half, not making me take out my laptop. Works everywhere so far, except Panama. They still make me take my laptop out, oh well. Lots of space and pockets. I can easily fit a laptop, tablet, Bose Quiet Comfort 35 Headphones, Nintendo 3DS XL in a carrying case, all my chargers (about 10 different kinds including my laptop charger), a couple 1.5L bottles of soda and a pair of tennis shoes or high tops. It has side straps to cinch it down if you aren't loading it up. I ride with mine pretty packed most of the time since I use it primarily as a motorcycle backpack (always have clothes, shoes, and food in it). My last one lasted me about 8 years. Totally worth the investment!

It's hard to find a fairly priced quality backpack as Jansport quality has severely declined. This backpack is very durable (and feels like it too), and has tons of space. The dividers in the large pocket are my only gripe with this backpack as they do not actually separate smaller items, but instead allows them to sink to the bottom where they become muddled together. The separators do not go all the way to the bottom of the pocket and are short to begin with. Otherwise I have had no issues with this backpack and look forward to utilizing it more and seeing how long it lasts under extensive air travel.
