Notice a difference in my overall wellbeing when I donโt take this regularly
I have been taking this product for years and feel it has made a difference in my energy levels and overall wellbeing. I normally take a small spoonful first thing in the morning, just right off the spoon. Similar to honey in texture, itโs much lighter in color and I find the taste great, not overly sweet, and dissolves in my mouth almost instantly with no aftertaste. What's funny to me is I only notice a difference in how I feel when I don't take this. There are times I have forgotten to reorder, and after a week or two I wonder why I feel so sluggish or more tired, then I remember I haven't been using this ! This is a good sized jar that lasts me well over a month and for the price a good value. Really feel this makes a noticeable difference for me in my overall health.
