Great book for the beginner especially if you are taking an online course ,its easier to follow along instead of using the e book .

I needed this book for a salesperson class I was taking. Needless to say I passed with flying colors.

A perfect fit for the state real estate licensing course! Easy to read and to identify objectives of course.

Good book but they need to correct a lot of errors such as missing words from the question area (key terms) like cash flow and tax shelter on page 610. Otherwise, it's very informative. Previous readers need to inform the publisher! I remember reading on a different site that there's a wrong answer on the test at the end of the book, too. Otherwise, it's a good informative book that seems to unintentionally test you if you're paying attention as you're answering questions because of its bad editing.
