Monoprice 104762 10-Feet Premier Series XLR Male to 1/4-Inch TRS Male 16AWG Cable(Gold)

Ordered a pair to connect my audio interface to KRK ROKIT 5 G3 studio monitors, can be used for any brand studio monitor big/small, you just have to look at what kind of input - output your monitor or audio interface has. I'm so happy I bought it. No unwanted noise like from cheap cables, 100% pure & totally professional quality sound! They're super solid and a little heavy in weight, single cable's weight is around 200gm. I don't mind the weight, no regrets, it is a very high quality cable to connect any big instrument/gear.

Delivered product as like in the descriptions. Good packaging and great quality. Price could have been lower though.

Didn't work at all

This brand always surprises me with how good the quality is with their products….at least with their audio cables, because that’s all I’ve bought from them 😅 With most physical music stores hard to come by these days and with the majority of online retailers charging ridiculous amounts for the simplest of items, this brand is a blessing! It’s been probably over a decade since I’ve found a fairly priced cable - XLR, TRS, MIDI - that doesn’t either literally fall apart, have connectivity issues, or pick up enormous amounts of feedback, causing an unbearable noise level. I first purchased a pair from Monoprice maybe a year ago now and have made it a point to buy from them whenever possible - I’m pretty sure every in and out of my interface and mixer are occupied by one of these. In terms of functionality, the style that has the support springs on each end of the cable is awesome for rack gear and monitors where the cables hang down.

A first rate cable: tough 16 AWG, shielded and balanced. The connectors are robust with professional features: a spring to prevent cable kinking at the TRS jack; unscrewable should repairs be needed... Though based on the quality of components and construction repairs won't be necessary. They're built tough and I expect they'll last for years. I bought two, received them in less than a day, tested them immediately and... They deliver the sound! Verdict: l'm 100% satisfied.

Solid cable. It looks durable and the ends are replaceable. I was blown away by the enormous improvement in the sound quality coming out of my studio monitors after replacing balanced 1/4 inch with these, in particular in the low mids and bass.

This is a good quality cable and you won't go wrong buy purchasing it. Connections are solid and the sheathing is soft and flexible. I have no problem recommending these and I would certainly buy them again if needed.

Great cable that exudes quality! Cable is nice and thick yet easy to roll up for storage. The connectors at both ends are fantastic. Highly recommend!
