Great taste
I try to buy organic food as much as possible. This organic Dijon mustard has a great taste. I’ve already used it for a few different recipes and it has really elevated the flavor of the prepared recipes. Great flavor: Organicville Dijon Organic Mustard, 12 oz
The Organicville Dijon Organic Mustard fits my tastes for a dijon mustard, with one exception: its a bit salty. Not obvious when using but leaves an aftertaste. It was not overwhelming, and my taste buds are sensitive to salt, so it might not bother others, so I do recommend. I do wish more manufacturers would switch to glass bottles though. Even though we don't have glass recycling in my locale, glass will not harm the environment. Nasty when it breaks, but still less harmful. Plus we don't get all the lovely hydrocarbons in every mouthful.
