What is the intensity of the coffee?

The capsules are a pretty strong Italian roast. They have a slow pour and taste reasonable for a pod machine. They have been good enough for me to repeat my order anyway!

Are these pods compostable?

According to the packaging they are, but I would think they take a very long time to fully decompose if your thinking of using them in your own composter/garden, better to open used pots and use grounds and put pods out for collection.
